CyberXpress, Inc. was founded in 1995 with the goal to be Jacksonville's premier provider of family-friendly Internet solutions. We pioneered a new kind of Internet access which makes the web safe for all ages. We still offer this family-friendly access to many satisfied family and business customers.
In more recent years, our focus has been on providing high quality Internet Solutions for small and medium businesses that needed integrated solutions including Network Consulting / Implementation, Web Design / Hosting, Co-Location, Dedicated / Shared Access and Technical Support.
William E. Shields, President
William Shields has worked in the insurance, healthcare, and information technology industries since 1969. He also has been involved in all aspects of Internet development since its beginnings. Mr. Shields founded a number of ventures, including a successful third-party administrator. In addition to his work at CyberXpress, he is Chairman of Total Medical Network, a specialty Application Service Provider servicing the healthcare industry. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from St Bernard College, and was a Chartered Management Accountant.
