• William E. Shields- President
  
  William Shields has worked in the insurance, healthcare, and information technology industries since 1969. He also has been involved in all aspects of Internet development since its beginnings. Mr. Shields founded a number of ventures, including a successful third-party administrator. In addition to his work at CyberXpress, he is Chairman of Total Medical Network, a specialty Application Service Provider servicing the healthcare industry. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from St Bernard College, and was a Chartered Management Accountant.
  
   
• David K. Shields- Senior Network Engineer
  
  David has over 10 years of experience in Server/PC and Online Technologies starting with the administration of Bulletin Board Systems (BBS), which were leaders of the Online communities in the Pre-Internet Era. While in BBS administration David administered several Multi-Node BBS Networks and interconnected with many Nationally recognized Networks of over 1,000 systems. From this he turned to the more commercial applications of a BBS, in which eCommerce transactions were taking place years before it was even feasible on the Internet. David was also involved in design and implementation of many Online Medical applications before the Internet was a usable media for these applications and then later was involved in the effort to convert those systems to Internet based systems. David has networking experience in many platforms such as Cisco, Ascend (Lucent), Adtran, Kentrox, 3com, Bay Networks, Motorola, Linksys, and more. He also handles Network Design and Consulting including WAN and LAN Interconnectivity, Network Security, Internetwork Routing Solutions and Internetwork Multi-Protocol Routing Redistribution using the following protocols; RIP,  OSPF, IGRP, EIGRP, and BGP4. His experiences also includes, DDR (Dial on Demand Routing) Configuration, Network Management, complex Access-list design and configuration, and Network Implementation and Installation.
  
   
• John R. Adkins- Senior Systems Engineer
  
  John has over ten (10) years of experience with online services and the Internet, and over eight (8) years installing and configuring Windows NT Servers and workstations. He has extensive experience with TCP/IP, MS-DOS, Windows 3.x/95/98/NT/2000/ME/XP, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft IIS, Microsoft DNS Server, ASP, ASP.NET and various other server based applications, as well as a wide variety of desktop applications ranging from simple Web browsers to office productivity applications and accounting software packages. He also has over 12 years experience with building and upgrading existing systems as well as troubleshooting system problems. John also holds multiple Microsoft Certifications.
